Algoma University - Computer Science Project - Overview
About this project
As part of an eCampusOntario-funded initiative, I served as the lead instructional designer and developer for three fully online courses within a Computer Science Bridging Program delivered collaboratively by Northern College and Algoma University (AU), with Durham College providing instructional design mentorship.
The courses were developed and deployed in Moodle using Durham College’s Jumpstart course design model. Course content was structured using an innovative back-channel framework to support learner engagement and navigation, while interactive captioning and accessibility services were implemented through 3Play Media. Learning objects were co-developed in collaboration with Durham College using a suite of eLearning authoring tools, including Articulate Storyline.
