These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Elevation English platform and services ("Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Platform.

Use of Platform

a. You must be at least 13 years old to use our Platform. If you are under 13, you may only use our Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Payments

a. Certain features or services on our Platform may require payment of fees. By selecting or using these features or services, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any related taxes.

b. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by us.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Platform at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our Platform will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

b. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you, if any, to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
