Booking Private Lessons

Private lessons are available to any student who would like to schedule (additional) time with an Elevation English Instructor.

Private lessons can be scheduled to:

  1. Provide you with extra practice as you complete a course at Elevation English.
  2. Provide you specialized support to complete a specific task (ex. prepare for an English presentation, prepare for a job interview, prepare to travel to an English speaking country, etc.)

The instructors at Elevation English are available to assist you with all of your English needs. No request is too small or too big!  Book away!

To book a private lesson with an instructor at Elevation English, follow the directions outlined below.

  1. Look at the available booking options (1) Single, (2) Package: 4 lessons, or (3) Package: 8 lessons.
  2. Select the type of private lesson option that you would like to purchase, and you will be directed to the Checkout Page. 
  3. After you fill out your payment information on the Checkout Page, you will be directed to the Online Scheduling Page.
  4. On the Online Scheduling Page, select your teacher and then confirm the date(s)/time(s) for each of the private classes you purchased.

Important Notes:

1. Before you book, please make sure to read the Cancellation and Refund Policy at the bottom of this page.

2. If you are booking for a group of students (1-5 maximum), one member of your group will need to make the initial booking and then share the meeting link with the other students.

Cancellation & refund Policy

Single Lesson 

  • If the lesson is canceled with 24 hours (or more) of notice, then a full refund is given
  • If the lesson is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, no refund is given. 
  • If an individual doesn't show up for whatever reason, no refund is given.
  • Individual is allowed to reschedule a lesson with 24 hours (or more) notice.  

4 or 8 Lesson Packages 

  • No cancellations accepted for Lesson Packages *you must commit to the number of hours.
  • If an individual doesn't show up for whatever reason, no refund is given.
  • Individual is allowed to reschedule a lesson with 24 hours (or more) notice.
