About this project
Led the development of a three-tiered faculty training framework that progressively increases in depth and intensity. The foundational tier establishes core eLearning competencies through six interactive online modules developed by Ontario Extend (eCampusOntario) and grounded in The Anatomy of 21st Century Educators (Bates, 2014). The second tier consists of a professional development series delivered by the Teaching and Learning Centre, combining workshops, guest speakers, and interactive online courses. The third tier is an annual Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW), an internationally recognized certificate program focused on creating impactful learning experiences.
